- The corners of the inner part of the chamber are rounded with sanitary corners for easier cleaning and germ avoidance.

- Temperature controlled by an electronic thermometer / thermostat.
- Alarm for high chamber temperature.

Optional equipment:
Electronic temperature recorder that can be connected to a computer and printed on a printer. The logger comes with a portable memory and an installation program for transferring data to a computer.
